Exchange Policy
At Pakeeza, we take pride in crafting each piece with love, skill, and attention to detail. Every product is hand-embroidered by skilled artisans, making it unique and special. However, if you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Return & Exchange

We take great care in creating and packing every piece. In the rare event that something isn’t right, please note the following:1. Exchanges are accepted only in case of size concerns or if the product is defective or damaged.2. Sale pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.3. Requests for exchange must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.4. Approved exchanges are issued as a credit note valid for 6 months, redeemable on future purchases.5. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags intact.6. If the outer package appears tampered or damaged, we recommend refusing delivery and contacting our support team immediately.7. For damaged or incomplete orders, a clear unboxing video is required to help us resolve the issue smoothly.8. Returns or exchanges requested due to fit or colour preference will incur courier and payment gateway charges, which will be deducted from the paid amount.9. In the event of a wrong or defective product sent by us, all courier charges will be borne by our team.10. Once approved, customers are requested to ship the product to the address shared by us. Reverse pickups are not available.11. All returns are subject to a quality inspection upon receipt before processing.12. Each product is eligible for one return or exchange only.13. Return Policy
Items that are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
If the shipment is torn or damaged, customers may refuse to accept the delivery and are advised to immediately contact our support team for assistance.
If an incomplete product is received, we will require a clear unboxing video of the shipment to investigate and resolve the issue.
Incase of a defect in the product, we would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures.
If return or exchange is initiated by your side because of fit issue or color issue, courier and razor pay amount will be deducted from the amount which you have paid for your order.
If there is delivery of defective or wrong product from our end, we will be liable to pay the courier amount.

For reverse pickups customers will have to ship the parcel to us at the address provided post the approval of the return.
Once we receive it, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection and if it passes through, we will process your request.
Item is eligible for a return/exchange request only once.
Cancellation Policy
No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours of the order being placed.
Change in Size/Delivery Address/Phone Number
If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please reach us at pakeezachikankari@gmail.com with the subject “Order Number + Revised information”. We will facilitate the same if it hasn't been shipped.
Exchange / Return for International Orders
No exchange / return is applicable on international orders. For any size related queries please feel free to contact us before you place an order.
